Best time to trade the market is normally when two markets are open at the same time and usually within an hour of the London open.

Worst time to trade is late in the day on a Friday and normally a couple of hours after one market has closed for the day.

reversals.

Big news events like the Non Farm Payrolls on the first Friday of every month are things that you

should stay away from as a trader.

Even if you get it right your entries may not be filled or your entries may not be where you think they

will be because of the market "gapping" this means that the spreads widen and you could end up in a

trade 50 pips away from where you would be under normal circumstances.
